Thanks for purchasing our products at Ze Haus.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

Shipping your return item back to us is at the clients expense.

If the item was damaged during shipment, photo evidence must be provided to Ze Haus in order to offer a full refund.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive your order, your item will be reserved from the shelf of our retail store or fulfillment center the same day. However, shipments are mailed every Tuesday and Saturday. For expedited shipping, USPS flat rate priority service is available for an additional cost.

Pre-orders will be available between 2 to 8 weeks upon fabrication. Once the items are produced and received my our retail location, your product will ship immediately and a courtesy email notification will be sent to you for your convenience.
