At Ze Haus, we strive to provide exceptional products and service to our clients. Please review our return policy below:

  • Refunds: Refunds are available only if a cancellation request is made before the order enters production or in the case of a manufacturer's flaw. A manufacturer's flaw includes but is not limited to misprints, color discrepancies, or material defects.

  • Cancellation Timing: Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order to be eligible for a refund.

  • Payment and Production: All orders must be paid in full prior to printing.

  • Return Shipping: Clients are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Quality Control: Ze Haus conducts thorough inspections and photographs each product before shipping to ensure quality. Clients may request access to these photos for added assurance.

  • Shipping Insurance: We recommend clients consider purchasing shipping insurance to protect their order during transit. 

  • Liability Limitation: While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping, Ze Haus is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged goods during transit. We advise clients to consider purchasing shipping insurance for added protection.
